DELIVERY
The delivery costs for ordered goods are borne by the Customer. The products you order will be delivered by a courier company with Cash on Delivery (COD).
The Cash on Delivery service and insurance of the goods are included in the delivery cost.
Delivery is carried out within 2 (two) business days. For goods that require production time, the delivery period will be specified separately.
woodenpellets.bg undertakes to notify the Customer if unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the delivery from being completed on time.
The goods are delivered appropriately packaged according to their type and the method of transportation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or another delivery service provider.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in EUR and include VAT.
The prices displayed on the website do not include delivery costs.
All prices displayed on the website are valid only at the time of their publication. woodenpellets.bg reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The prices of the goods displayed on the website are final and include all applicable taxes and charges, excluding delivery costs.
Payment can be made upon delivery using the courier company's Cash on Delivery (COD) service or by online card payment.

Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS.

Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard and bCard debit, credit and business cards.

Transactions are processed using the Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure security programmes.

We do not store any bank card details used for payments made through the website.

If a refund is required for an amount paid by bank card, the refund will be made to the same card used for the original payment.
